By FOSTER KLUG Associated Press Writer WASHINGTON (AP) - The United States has "massive concern" about whether its aid for Myanmar's cyclone victims will get to those suffering from disease and lack of food and water, the director of the U.S. office of foreign disaster assistance said Monday.

BEIJING (AP) - A magnitude 7.5 earthquake struck western China on Monday, shaking buildings as far away as Thailand and Vietnam, witnesses and geologists said. Thousands of people were evacuated from buildings in Beijing, some 900 miles from the epicenter.
